Hey i need help. i recently reset my phone because it was having some problems. when it was restored my dad created a motoblur account to test if its still working. my phone is now logged in to his motoblur account. is there any way i can log in to my old account? thanks mate need help urgently
@ConvergingUnsouled Hi. So if you go to settings, accounts, select motoblur account, then change those details back to your original account details, this should reload accordingly. Hopefully this helps....
@supermanFT65 you may need to add your accounts like facebook etc...go into settings and manage accounts, add what you need, hope that helps. If not trying our online help service on our website or our customer call centres, details available from our web page.

hey when i try to set it up on my phone, it says the request timed out waiting for a responce. The account may have been incorrectly created
