Whenever I think about my most memorable moment of JaSam's history, I think of this run 2 me scene. It is so heartbreaking and it makes me cry every time I watch it!
Does anyone know the name of the song that is playing in the first 30 seconds or so in this video??? I've been looking and asking everywhere if you know please post it for me THX.
so thank gosh I didn't watch JaSam as it was developing because I could NOT have taken those two years they were so TERRIBLY spilt apart by the writers!! Thank gosh I just discovered them in 2011 when they were comfortably and beautifully back together!! <3
JaSam were together from '04 to' 06 when he dumped her - after she was shot by Manny Ruiz - to protect her from his enemies. This scene is during the time they were broken up. He later changed his mind and went to take her back. He saw her with Ric and he turned to Liz. Liz became pregnant with Jake. JaSam got over it and got back together until Sam found out that Jason had witheld Jake's true parentage from her. They later got back together in the summer of 2009
I have watch this video some many times I can't even count all the times. I just realize in the beginning Jason totally stop listen to Edward because he was to busy trying not look at Sam. I love this scenes and Thanks for putting it on youtube so I can watch it whenever I want
okay im really lost i started watching in 2009 and had the impression that jasam broke up cuz jason had a accident and couldnt remember her and slept with liz and got pregnant.... then i watch these scenes from 06 and im so lost can anyone catch me up and help me understand plz

I think sam deserves a wedding and to be in a white dress again lol amazing acting this two I can see their hearts breaking!!

Who ever dreamed up this scene did a hella of a job. One of the best scenes to ever air on daytime period. No matter how many times i see this scene, damnit it gets me everytime. Good scene heartbreaking but good.
@waltnolfa ITA for me this epitomized the greatest love story in soap history, right up there with luke and laura period......the worst writing on soap goes to guza and his goons for this breakup just to please group of liason fans that been living in some fantasy land that the fiasco that is liason could ever work and we all saw how that fell flat and wasted the great talents of SB/KMo and the veiwing public time. worst writing ever with jasam breakup and thank god they realized that.
along with the original RUN TO ME and the Face cream episode, THIS is the BEST of Jasam in my opinion, and they have had Many GREAT momentsduring their relationship.

I don't care about what anybody says of "liason's love" for each other. this scene...this scene just shuts them up. if there was an emmy for best scene, GH would have the gold.
I've only cried twice in my 5 years of watching General Hospital. The first time was when they showed the Metro Court Hostage Crisis montage, and the 2nd time was watching this scene.
They are such an absolutely AMAZING couple. You can tell, through every break up and every rough patch that they never stopped loving each other. Even when the whole thing with Jake happened, you could tell just by the way he looked at her that he still loved Sam and she still loved him.
@CKellyRM I was hysterical crying when they played the song one goodbye at the metro court hostage crisis too! & when Lila (sams baby) died that killed me.

Yep... they are The Best.. .. And have a large,solid, supportive fan base. The ratings dropped dramatically when Guza broke them up. Stupid writers.. This kind of chemistry between actors is rare. i disagree i think it was equally heart breaking for both of them. especially jason b/c he had to relive it and he had to put his heart out to get her to understand (not thank i agree with what he did)
They are the essence of a supercouple. The hurt in his eyes; the way he said "run to me" with emotion and conviction proves how deeply he loves her and always will.
I agree this is one of the best scenes. Just with the story they had over those years, this was just a fabulous addition. The actor and actress just tore it up. I can't believe I am so broken of my soap characters but I am. I am in mourning.
This scene is so sad, it always makes me cry. You can see how much Jason is struggling since the moment he sees her, and then in the balcony his body language speaks pain so much, it's an awesome scene! I feel so bad for Sam, they loved each other so much. I hope we can get that love back again.

Im a carson fan and ive seen this scene quite a few times I must admit it ranks right up there with a scene where Sonny tells Carly (SJB) that to lose her and micheal would wreck him. It rocked big time and so did this one! Love those intense moments!!

How the heck did I miss this one Ed? This is my all time favorite Jasam scene. SB really brought every emotion that Jason was feeling on the screen this day and made it so believable. These days, SB just doesnt cut it. I dont know if it is something personal or because he just doesnt have anyone to challenge him anymore like Kelly did, but he is just not bringing it to the screen anymore. Oh how I loved JASAM!
One of the best Jasam scenes by far. Here, we can see just how much he loves her, how much he wanted to be with her but is putting her safety first...sigh, even if they don't get together in the end, these scenes will live on with us forever. No one can take the real Jasam from us

I spot a trend! It's always Sam going after Jason! I want them back together more than anyone but the way the writters have been going on no, i don't know how they''re going to patch this up, though I believe they will find a way they HAVE to find a way. And when it DOES happen, I want Jason to be the one chasing after Sam.

i agree eedernator, this was the most heartbreaking scene ever. i still cant beleive how they trashed this couple. it was all for nothing too, b/c the liason jake debacle was a total bomb. they were such a striking looking couple as well. him in that suit and her in that white dress just top notch

Im a carson fan and ive seen this scene quite a few times I must admit it ranks right up there with a scene where Sonny tells Carly (SJB) that to lose her and micheal would wreck him. It rocked big time and so did this one! Love those intense moments!!

How the heck did I miss this one Ed? This is my all time favorite Jasam scene. SB really brought every emotion that Jason was feeling on the screen this day and made it so believable. These days, SB just doesnt cut it. I dont know if it is something personal or because he just doesnt have anyone to challenge him anymore like Kelly did, but he is just not bringing it to the screen anymore. Oh how I loved JASAM!

One of the best Jasam scenes by far. Here, we can see just how much he loves her, how much he wanted to be with her but is putting her safety first...sigh, even if they don't get together in the end, these scenes will live on with us forever. No one can take the real Jasam from us

I spot a trend! It's always Sam going after Jason! I want them back together more than anyone but the way the writters have been going on no, i don't know how they''re going to patch this up, though I believe they will find a way they HAVE to find a way. And when it DOES happen, I want Jason to be the one chasing after Sam.
