i remember one day in the gym working out ofcourse with praxis and bh music on my earphones.. I was doing military presses when I felt spent after 3 sets then this song came and I immediately felt tremendous strength in my arms, feel like I just drank a redbull then went on to finish the set to failure ... this is a true story man.. this is alphamale music
great song i feel it man :) my fave praxis song :D the chorus is so nice buckethead should really consider finding more vocalists to collaborate with his music woudl be more appreciated i think with good poetry on top :D
anyone know where I might get the lyrics to this song? I checked google; all the results said they didn't have them yet...for all the songs on the album. :-C
i was able to make out this (chorus): " tell me what i got to run from, tell me what to see when i can see, tell me what to think when im thinking, tell me what to believe when I believe, tell me who im allowed to worship, tell me who to love, and tell me who to be. tell me what i can steal when im stealin" and then i think it says "tell me who you want me to kill" (hard to tell the last word"
I dont know much about that whole NWO craziness. But this song to me kind of explains how religion turns people into drones who do whatever religion tells them and dont think for themselves. Love the song though.
could anyone send me this song? beacause id suck your dick if you do :) x

This song is very Anti-Religion. Kinda surprised
psychodeathmonkey 2 years ago
Nah I interpreted it to be anti-NWO or anti-Orwellian state, which I have noticed in a lot of Praxis/Buckethead work.
See the idea is that in an Orwellian state people are controlled to the point where they are told what to believe, what to think, who to worship.
Some people believe that this is happening in the Western world.
The album name (Preparation for a coming darkness) backs up my theory, as does the front cover (the hand over the White House, masonic symbols)

this isnt a typical buckethead solo nice to see he can control the insanity factor in his guitar playing

Check out the majority of his albums. Its not all psycho chromatic shred ;)

i know i have a good amount of his stuff. but usually hes all over the place especially on solos. i know what you mean though

Most of his solos are like this, you've just been looking in the wrong place.

Yes! They finally got this album on Itunes!
This song kicks ass, think you could get more profanation songs up please? Babylon Blackout sounded pretty cool from the 30 sec. preview on iTunes.
