Elements are made of atoms and atoms are made of electrons, protons and neutrons (except hydrogen as it has no protons). Depending on the element it will have a certain number of these particles. Therefore as long as we have these 3 partciles we can make any element.

Second biggest god = the star nurseries in each galaxy
Third biggest god = all the trillions and trillions of stars all over the universe
Fourth biggest god = the planets with life
