Look there are only 6 authentic hadeeth books. Even then the narration of the hadeeths has to be looked at very carefully in terms of the strength of the chain.
Everyother book is an opinion of any given person, it doesn't matter when it was written or who wrote it. Mr butros commonly used a book called the islamic encylopedia. A hotch potch of references and is completely rejected as a source of reference!

In Islamic law there is no law of killing for Apostasy as Apostasy is not clearly mentioned in Koran and no evidence of Apostasy punishment in time of Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) . Those hadith mentioning Apostasy are very weak i.e. only one refere so cannot be made a law. Apostate can only be killed if they join enemies army and fight ! So No Apostasy in Islam , rest is just a propaganda to make Islam look violent

In the Quran, the Ruh of Allah is something that belongs to Allah, and it is what literally gives life. The title/description the Quran and Hadith give to Jesus is theologically problematic for Muslims. Firstly there is the Quran!
Look there are only 6 authentic hadeeth books. Even then the narration of the hadeeths has to be looked at very carefully in terms of the strength of the chain.
Everyother book is an opinion of any given person, it doesn't matter when it was written or who wrote it. Mr butros commonly used a book called the islamic encylopedia. A hotch potch of references and is completely rejected as a source of reference!

In Islamic law there is no law of killing for Apostasy as Apostasy is not clearly mentioned in Koran and no evidence of Apostasy punishment in time of Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) . Those hadith mentioning Apostasy are very weak i.e. only one refere so cannot be made a law. Apostate can only be killed if they join enemies army and fight ! So No Apostasy in Islam , rest is just a propaganda to make Islam look violent

The Quran over and over has Allah mentioning “My Spirit” or “Our Ruh/Spirit” meaning that it is something that belongs to Allah. In the Quran, the Ruh of Allah is something that belongs to Allah, and it is what literally gives life. @evilheem Jesus claimed the Son did not know the “the Hour” because Jesus was living as a human, and limited Himself to certain things because He was living as a human. He was not living in a state of glory, but in a state of humility. He lived with two natures as I mentioned: Divine nature and human nature. @evilheem Yes, it was God's will that the Son of God be tortured and crucified to justify our sins. And the ones that tortured and crucified Him as Jesus Christ said on the Cross, Father FORGIVE them for they do not know. This is the forgiveness of our Lord that we are to follow. We are taught to think in forgiveness, not oppression and violence like Muhammad. And Matthew 28:19 teaches clearly that God exists as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Trinity is real!

@evilheem Well, you said it yourself, the Bible teaches that there is only one God. This is what the Bible teaches, over and over. So where do you get the idea that Christians believe in three gods? Jesus, The Son, was communicating to The Father through prayer. There is nothing wrong with that. Jesus Christ even said, The Father and I are ONE (not two). Well I'm not sure how long Jesus was in the womb, but if God wants to enter into this world as a man through birth then He has that right to.

This is a strawman argument, where you distort the position you are trying to argue. Where did you get the idea that the Father died on the Cross? Also, can you explain to me how the OT not mentioning God having a Son (which it does and I can demonstrate this), and the verse from John 1 contradict each other?

@evilheem First of all, if you are going to say The Father died, you have to provide Biblical scripture to support your position if you are telling me that is what as a Christian I believe. Secondly, The Father and Son are two separate persons, working in perfect harmony as One Being. This is the verse from John 1 that you mentioned. John 1: 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the WORD WAS GOD. You have dishonestly ripped the verse out of context.

According to SahihAlBukhari Jesus is Allah's Word and a Spirit from Allah, which would also mean Jesus is eternal. And if you are saying Gabriel is the Spirit from Allah then you are telling me that Gabriel is the Spirit that Allah uses to give life, which would make Gabriel one with Allah (S 21:91). @evilheem False. "Word from Allah" refers to Jesus. That is literally the name the Quran gives to Jesus. My claim can be supported by the commentaries by Tafsir Al-Jalalayn: “…who shall confirm a Word, being, from God, namely, Jesus, that he is God’s Spirit; he is referred to as [God’s] ‘Word’, because he was created through the word kun, ‘Be’;” If you are literally calling Jesus a Word from Allah, or Allah’s Word, you are essentially saying Jesus is eternal ... @evilheem Yes, in S 4:171 the verse literally refers to Jesus as "His (Allah's) Word." Is Allah's Word eternal? To say Jesus is Allah's Word means Jesus is eternal. The title/description the Quran and Hadith give to Jesus is theologically problematic for Muslims. If you are going to say Jesus was just a mere prophet, you can't say that He is also Allah's Spirit and Allah's Word; This makes Him divine and eternal.

@FollowingChrist44 really, maybe you should read the tafsir of qurtubi, or of ibn kathir or the tafsir of tabari, or read the works of ibn qayim regarding the christians, arabic is a more complex language than english and to gain the true understanding of the verse you quoted you should read what these classical tafsirs say about this verse and jesus is not the spirit of Allah, in the verse it is separate, the ruh of Allah is the angel Gabriel not jesus

@evilheem The commentators might have wrote that it is referring to a "created" Spirit, but this does not mean the Arabic text of the Quran actually said a "created" Spirit. In the translation of Sahih International, the reference of "created" is written in brackets. They would not have done this if the word created was actuall
