I myself recieve all information from my ''spirit guides'', which I suppose can have several meanings. There are the Angels (my close companions in one of my most recent lives) who guide me through the ''dark'' times. And there is my ''everyday'' guide, who is my great-grandfather. Then there is Ramana who guides me in spiritual lessons.

Yes i woke up in a 'grid of shimmering energy lines'... it wasnt a dream (i practice lucid dreaming and you can tell the difference straight away..I was as conscious as i am now writing this.. except 'weaker'.. i couldnt do much or manifest more than a few 'spark fizzles' out of my hands (in a dream this would of been enough to totally change the landscape, or at least blow the grid/trap open).. it was frightening.. i had 2 electrify myself back awake...

Please has anyone else heard of this??
