No need to vote if you are using your own server. Just click ~ and the command line interface appear, type "status" you will see current player names and their Steam ID, copy the steam ID of the griefer and type "banid 0 THE_ID_YOU_COPIED kick". This will kick the griefer and ban him from your server even if he change his name. Even if the griefer kicked you before you use the command you can still ban him while not playing. Then type "writeid" to save the griefer ID in the Banned_user.cfg file.

I did the "take the expert achievement away" one.

I joined a server and played with them for 2/5 parts. Then I told them about a glitch where eveybody has to press F1 exactly 15 times and very fast so you get invincible.

So they did and I votet for lobby.

For me , valve should be less forgiving and start to remove these player's l4d access. Temporary in the beginning, and permanent if they don't take the lesson.

Would be good riddance because this movie was funny in the beginning, but the behaviour is spreading arcross the l4d playerbase as a cancer.
