You can say that these pictures aren't yours all you want. It's still illegal unless you have the artists' permission. Without the permission of the artists, this video is art theft. And in case you don't know, art theft is a very big crime. And if you really aren't paying any attention at all, Viacom recently sued YouTube because people were putting up copyrighted materials.
