Miss Flameel is indeed the name of the Warners' ever-pushy teacher, but in this case, the word "Flameil" means one of the goofy phrase words Mr. Director (either as a Jerris Lewis charicature, a Jerry Lewis-esque Marlon Brando, or a Jerry Lewis-esque clown) utters & these include words like "Freunlayven"!

Hitchcock had a show called Hitchcock Presents after Psycho premiered. He would start the show by walking into his Outline turning to the camera and say "Good EEEEvening" in his ultra creepy voice. Basically the Warners are spoofing it, but flameil is a mystery to me. (btw i'm fifteen and i knew that)
