That is a GREAT car. Much better than the SL63 and SL65. Mercedes have gone too far with the SL65. Now this is here:

yeah, you cant really do burnouts in these cars because you cant turn the TCS off in normal situations. BUT, if you put the car in diagnostic mode (i guess they use it for code reading or something) the ABS and TCS are disabled (obviously cause they run on the same system). we did this in my buddies E55 AMG and we basically ended up with the best burnout car ever. too bad they have open diffs.

With 700nm of torque and 500 bhp all you do is turn off the T/C and EBD and thankfully 'AMG' tuning allows the SL55 to really dance - I've seen one of these lay over 30ft of 11's so I know it's possible!
