Originál končil tímto dílem, ale kvůli velkému zajmu a uspechu byli přidány další díly. Zkazilo to pro mě to kouzlo. VŠE kvůli penězům. Já osobně akceptují pouze tento konec. Zbytek je fraška . A francouzština k tomu dodává romantiku.
I fell in love with Philippe when I read this series. He was such a bad boy, but with a tender heart underneath it all. I wept like a baby when he, uh, left the story.
This is so horribly dissapointing to someone who has loved this book for over 20 years..without a care for historic accuracy they made this romantic fluff which is so 60s and totally unlike the book.....Hopefully someday it will be remade in the spirit that Serge and Anne Golon wrote it...

ive seen all the movies in french and just fell in love with the music. Michele Magne was a very talented musician.

my thoughts exactly. We were all mad for Philippe as teens and I cried buckets for him then later for little Charles-Henri.
