  • Wow. U look beautiful. Make up and hair are on point. Thanks for sharing ur tips. Especially about being realistic and patient.

  • can you show us a video on how you dust your hair/ends???

  • i know that u use aloe vera juice in your spritz, i would like to know if u keep it refrigerated or do you even have to refrigerate it bc of the aloe vera juice? thanks

  • Thanks for the video, really helpful. My hair was long but for last yr had a difficult year and all my hair broke off after trying to transition etc. I relaxed my hair in August and cut it into a pixie. Im starting healthiness again, problem is I use heat 3 times a week as short hair can look bad when it is straight an greasy. As it is winter I keep it under a hat 4 days a week, I dont look pretty at work but my job entails alot of meetings etc. I will try to follow the tips as much as I can.

  • @strictlystarlight heat 3x a week? thats a lot try to cut it down to 1x

  • I wash my hair once every two weeks because afterwards I have to blow dry and flat iron it. I use heat only twice a month. But what should I do if I wash my hair once a week because I don't want it to get heat damage? When my hair air drys it tangles what should I do about that?

  • @llollipop1990 id say keep washing our hair every two weeks, i do that now and it has done my hair wonders with stretches and just keep my length in general

  • @llollipop1990 braid it up afterwards or something like that

  • Well Said!!

  • Great tip love your makeup. Happy new year

  • great video

  • very straight to the point and informative! thank you!

  • Great video... very informative :)

  • Whats store sell the bee mind deep condition ? walmart, target, walgreen, cvs, kmart ?

  • @fancy10573 Bee Mine isn't sold in stores. Only online.Type in "beemineproducts" Hope this helps.

  • Great video Shlinda!

  • Great tips!!!!

  • Also, side question: What sulfate free shampoos would you recommend? I know you mentioned Shea Moisture shampoo, but is there anything a little cheaper I could go for? I'm trying to reduce the amount of split ends this year and I feel my HE HH shampoo could be a negative factor.

  • I reached MBL with my relaxed hair this year and although we have different hair densities (thick strands vs fine strands), your multitude of informative videos (as well as your beautiful, funny personality) has definitely helped in reaching my goal. I know this is late but I wish you (and your family, especially Kennedy on her little HJ...SHE'S SO PRECIOUS!) have a wonderful new year :)

  • GREAT VIDEO! :)

  • Shilinda great video. @greenbutterfly101 y is oil bad to put on ur scalp I been oiling my scalp my whole hj n I went from sl to bsl in a yr so if its bad it sure been good to me.

  • @SugarDollLena It's very bad and scientifc tests have proven this. The reason why is our scalps product natural oils when we put oil in our scalp it clogs up our nature oils from coming through and this can result to dryness of the scalp and in some cases irritation which is what happened to me. But it's good to put into the hair as long as it's the good stuff patrolim oil is a 100% no no

  • Hey Shilinda how long is your hair now? I saw your APL video but your hair looks longer than that now. Beautiful btw :-) Keep doing what you do girl!!!!

  • excellent..i will share this with the ladies at work as well in my house!

  • Sorry but it's actually really bad to put oil into your scalp the rest of the advice is great :)

  • @greenbutterfly101 Oil is actually good for your "hair". However you have to wash your hair weekly like Shlinda says that way there's no build up and your scalp isn't clogged. Because if its clogged with oils and other hair products it will not grow. :)

  • @ssheylaaa *the pores in you scalp aren't clogged

  • @ssheylaaa they are do the research :)

  • @ssheylaaa oil is scientifically proven to be bad for the scalp that was my point

  • a simple tip you gave that my hair stylish didn't was to moisturize it day and night the results are great :) I also use better hair products thanx

  • Hi, I have a 3 year old daughter she is 100% black, how can I grow her hair ? can u please sent info to my youtube inbox. Thank you A little About my daughter, she have very soft hair but I dont know her hair type, but if I gease her hair and put water in it, it would be kinky culry. • @fancy10573 she has a video of her baby girls regimen. and you probably shouldnt use grease, use oils =)

  • awesome video.Very informative. thk u

  • thx:) ur so pretty.

  • Love the video I agree with you I have seen a great result in the difference of my hair but I want a simple regimen that I can use... for as products I use I know its trial and error but I wanna stick with it.

  • hey, everyone, i've been growing my hair out for nine months now and i'm trying to figure out what my hair type is so i can really start taking care of it. i can send a link to a photo. thanks!

  • Very informative. Thank You!

  • I've been on my hair journey for about 6 months and I have definitely noticed a lot of hair growth! However, I still cannot tell when my hair really loves the products I use. Can you provide any tips? Clearly I know when it hates the products, cause it's dry or breaks.. but I can't really tell if my hair loves something or the product is just mediocre. Also, I love your makeup in this video and the one before! Makeup tutorials please! Stay blessed!
