80's theme songs kicked so much ass, man! If they weren't tailormade for these shows (mentioning character names, distant galaxies, etc.) you could've easily used their baselines, driving piano, guitar & horn riffs in any major hit song. You could put any of this stuff up against the "music" of today's supposed kid-phenoms (i.e. Hannah Montana, Camp Rock) & they would get torn to shreds! These theme songs should be in a Hall of Fame; as national treasures of a bygone era.
