  • how the fuck can he do this and look so non-muscular??!!

  • This have to hurts. I feel hurt when i just looking it.

  • Magnifico :D

  • How is it possible. Nice pants btw

  • @Kurapikaxx the secret is.....the pants!! XD

  • Complimenti, tanta roba.

    Curiosità: quanto pesi?

  • @ostr3gheta ..ciao! grazie....son 60 kg! precisi

  • Nice pants!!!

  • @JesusNo2 ..yessssssssssssssss!! :))

  • Cool thanks man..im inspired

  • @driftking647 ..very good!! ;)

  • @driftking647 ..thanks,it was what I wanted!

  • Hey man how did u get so good? I feel weak now:)

  • @driftking647 ..only a few years of constant good workout, nothing more! ;)

  • why are there no videos of you climbing on stone?

  • @aslanbc because I live in the middle of the plans...far from the rock...so I go to climb rarely..

  • @heibiondo83 grazie mille

  • @kojiyamadagifu1 ..prego,buon allenamento! ;)

  • GTFOH with those shinny ass pants LOL

  • Amazing.

  • What's the song name? Great workout, love the pants.

  • @nikkitto "After Dark" by Tito e Tarantula! thanks.. ;)

  • Amazing! Absolutely inspirational! What is your height and weight?

  • @Zanjistic 170cm - 60kg

  • DEM PANTZ.

  • why the gay shiny pants

  • @thejester1997 ..because all the world's most famous climbers have worn that kind of pants (Wolfgang Kurt Güllich-Albert-John Bachar...)

  • @thejester1997 why not?

  • @thejester1997 cuz he can. who would want to mess with this guy?

  • Any advice on building the tendons safely? My left elbow starts hurting when I start training OACs. Right now my strength level is that I can do one arm chin negatives over a course of like 10 seconds ,or lock off halfway for about ten. but I always hae to back off due to strain in my left elbow. Advice? How did you work up to this level of strength?

  • @charvinaldo ..I do much stretching after each workout....I think this is the best thing to do,however, also depends in part on the physical characteristics of each, the weight...and when he started doing sports..

  • i can only do 1 arm chin ups from arm stretched not dead hang. How you do any 1 finger i'll never know lol

  • How can a guy with those incredible skills wear such a ugly ass circus costyme?

  • @Simovere butterfly secrets... ;)

  • Nice sixpack!

  • I take the 2 thumb down for the outrageous pants, but anybody who can do this, can wear anything

  • @jukcoder XD thanks juk!!

  • I dont understand how you can have this much strength amd not have much muscle and definition! What is your diet like?

  • @Transatlanticism04 ..I do not follow special diets, I eat a bit 'of everything....justnot sliced and cheese because I hate them!

  • @heibiondo83 biotype!, his mix of muscle is a magic convination betwen super sterng and long work, think in tha racers athets, 100 mts body type..big! explosive, 50 km body tipe, slim, light, mix and get Tazio, and a super tendons! , Hey very nice job dude, hi from colombia u have to come and see our buterflys, and make boulder at 4600 meters of atitude near to the snow peak....!!!!!

  • @unchapulin I know that in Colombia you wonder if the butterflies...you're right my friend,I have to come there one of these days!!

  • Btw this year ive decided that iam gonna try new kind of thing. Iam trying to get as much weight (fat) as possible and climb still on the same level and then loose weight after winter so ill get my fingers strong. What do you think about that?

  • @Dalamon1 ..large change in body weight is not healthy .... but the type of training is good! I think you can do the same just climbing wiht a belt diving!

  • Dude the pants are LEGIT! seriously where can I get a pair?

  • Dude u should compete in armwrestling

  • Hey, your quite strong dude, i was just wondering if you dont have problems with elbows. And whats the hardesr sport route or boulder that uve climbed...?

  • @Dalamon1 ..no,fortunately I never had problems with your elbows, probably helped me to stretching the forearms after each workout...I did not make big performance on rock because I live in the middle of the plain, far from it! the only hard boulder I climbed was an 8a + some years ago..

  • @heibiondo83

8aplus is quite good on what you did on the video i think. I know a lot of guys who can do some crazy stuff and they climb 8aplus at theire best too. :)

  • @Dalamon1 ..yes,you're right,it's certainly a good result...but I think if I lived near the rock I could do better! :/

  • @heibiondo83

well probably yes, but then you wouldnt be spending so much time on training like this and you would be stronger on rocks but weaker in these excercises. Allways when iam climbing on rocks for more then 2 months in row i suck in indoor climbing afterwards but i get better at rock. :p

  • its a fake, he is just jumping from the ground, but so it aint as obvious he has put it in slow motion and put some retarded bird sound effects……. and them shitty pants im not shure if they are part of the effect but they are shit :L

  • @b1ucakelbf XD XD XD I think you're a little jealous...just a little... XD XD XD

  • The guys has steel tendons.

  • im diggin those pants...

  • @THExC0DxFather I want a pair to ware at the climbing gym, I could totally pull it off

  • @THExC0DxFather I was looking for them and I found them at american apparel :)

  • 0:40 that is 12kg, not 10 xD

  • @jakingofw Liters do not equal kilograms.. :).. Malo fizike :D

  • @23QUo Actually not sure if 104 or 102 grams=100 milliliter of water, so 1 liter of water is about 1 kg. So it's far closer to 12 then 10 kg, not sure for the juice in the video but its probably about the same...

  • @23QUo yup, they are :)

  • Great !! Wow :)

What is your regular chin up record ?

  • @FinlandClifferNo1 ..thanks Finland! I never tried to do chin ups (supinated hand grip chin up is for Which is Easier than pull up) I just do pull ups and my record is 10!

  • @heibiondo83 You are very talented! You have a very complex self-control. By the way, how many pushups can you do? Its a good question? :))

  • @lord200m ..pushups? sure? don't you mean pullups? anyway,

    pull ups one arm 10

pull ups two arms about 60 in one minute

    push ups one arm 15-20

    push ups two arms 45-50

..I'm not so sure about push ups because I do those very rarely..

  • @heibiondo83 Yes, I said push-ups, because I suspect given that you can do pushups and 100 ... If in one hand xD do 10 pullups. However, thanks to information. You do not see many people can do it. You are amazing :D

  • @lord200m ..thank to you lord,have a good day! ;)

  • @heibiondo83 have a great weekend man xD

  • Whats up with the pants Man werid but thats crazy really cool

  • nice pants! yeah

  • nice pants!

  • nice pants!

  • INSANE. you make it look SO easy!

  • Thats Ridiclously impressive ! but with pants Like that id also like the strength to quickly hide up trees !

  • ..I am 170 cm tall and weight 60 kg,I am glad that you can understand how hard is OAP.....often people can not imagine it because in the video it seems easy! I'm going to upload new video's in the coming months! ;)

  • what a fucking lad.

    climb harder bros.

  • Gotta like the pants. Love the 2 finger + block. You showing off true strength. Damn you! So strong? How long has you been working out to gain that kind of strength?

  • @hoxyBeast ..hi hoxyBeast thanks....I am training seriously for about six years!

  • @heibiondo83, I've been playing this video for >10times daily. Love the music, love the strength, love the pants, love the effortless face... really like this video. I'm working on OAC and really close right now... so I can understand how hard a OAP is and really appreciate this video. BTW, what is your height and weight? Will you be uploading more video? I love to watch more!

  • I could do that as well - if I only owned such a Pant!

  • looks fake to me...notice odd pixelation around body, lack of shadow and colour variations.

  • @blueshift86 ..I'm sorry, it's true! I also have three witnesses! :) what do you think of my other videos? even those fake?

  • @blueshift86 This is not fake. I've been climbing for 11 years. This is just great power and technique.

  • @styx0rz ..thanks styx!!

  • You must be able to beat a lot of men bigger than you at armwrestling. Not joking.

  • 6x1,5=9kg ^^

  • @KikujiroChan ..are you sure? you must also consider the plastic! :) It's 9.6 kg! ;)

  • @heibiondo83 and pants too :D

  • How did you make that set up on the tree? Like is the bar inside the tree!?

  • @Mochakaboom ..the bar is attached to a metal structure that surrounds the tree and at the diagonal bar that you can see on the left! it is easy for a locksmith..

  • Wow, you're a superman!!!

  • Man you are strong like god i never see something like that pls sometime try your max and put here video you will be star and your campus video its unbelievable i am your big fan really dont stop and upload more vid pls

  • @leqpuller ..hi leqpuller!! :) thank you! ;)

  • did you went to "britains got talent" or somthing like that, world must see this, it's unbelievable!!! good work! :)

  • @RockClimbingChannel ..why not,it could be a good idea! :) thanks Rock! ;)

  • @heibiondo83 Those shows (AGT and BGT) are fixed as hell. Although Bboy Junior won the French version. For something like America's Got Talent you need to have 4-5 good acts planned that get better and better. Your Pink Panther ladder video might be good to get through the first round.

  • @Polarcupcheck ..I think so! one of these days I will work to try...but now I do not want to commit myself mentally...I hate bureaucracy and similar!!

  • dang nice dude and nice pants

  • @zombiewarrior225 ..you're right,epic pants!!

  • How do you manage to not break/twist your fingers doing that..

I've seen people parkour their way off buildings, off bridges, out of trees, up a fence...

But that is definetly something new.

So, nice, glad you didn't break anything. (:

  • @TehHotRoD ..thanks!! my intention was just to see something new! (and fortunately without breaking any finger!) ;)

  • @heibiondo83 Aight, well, keep it that way if you can ;)

    Addio Amico Mio.

  • @TehHotRoD ..addio my friend.

  • povero mignolino :)

  • @AuroraOnVenice ..è un mondo cattivo! :)

  • I am really amazed with your power mate. keep going:)

  • @TatankaIXc thanks Tatankal! ;)

  • madona!sei piu incredibile che ho visto qui;sei soprannaturale;bravo

  • @spartacuswww ..grazie spartacus! ;)

    scherzo. complimenti! fai paura

  • fake

  • @xxsexyboyxx1000 ..maybe you are a fake...I'm Tazio Il Biondo,a real butterfly!

  • @wingchunsucksb ..I believe if you keep on training hard, you will surely reach your goals in a very short time! ;)

  • @wingchunsucksb ..:):) thanks wingchunsucksb, this is one of the best compliments I received! XD

  • how do you train this? how many times per week??

  • @burningyoutuve ..I started to train seriously 5 years agò,since then I do about 5 sessions in a week....but it is not an important statistic because it depends on the type of exercises and individual athlete's physical talent!

  • With strength like that, how arent you the worlds best?

  • @scottlatter15 ..do you mean the best climber? because I just training to increase my strenght but I climb on the rock rarely!

  • @SirMarcGermani if Im not mistaken, new WR is 25 OAP by Bulat Aliev from Dagestan republic.. Havent found any videos, only a photo, seems they were done dynamically, oficially witnessed though =/

  • @pains1233 ..what you mean what "they were done dynamically" ? you mean that they were done whit te help of leg kicks or any body movements?

  • Hi Tazio :) Awesome video, damn clean pull-ups! Wanna ask you a question about a shoulder issue. Every time I pull-up on my right arm, starting maybe from 3rd one, I feel something cracking in my shoulder, sometimes others can hear it too (not too loud though), I feel no pain or discomfort, but it worries me.. Maybe its a tendon issue or something else.. Did you experience something like that? Or what are your suggestions for getting rid of it?..

Thanks in advance, greetings from Moscow :)

  • @pains1233 hi pains, thank you! I never had a similar experience,I think that if you do not feel pain does not have to worry but for security consult a physician experienced in the shoulder joint, maybe it could be a principle of osteoarthritis..

    ..please keep me informed!

  • @heibiondo83 thanks :)

  • hi Cavezzo, what is your personal best of doing one arm pull-ups in a row?

  • @SirMarcGermani ..for now my record is 10 reps (respecting the pull ups rules)

PS: my name is Tazio,Cavezzo is my city! ;)

  • @SirMarcGermani do you think the world record is 22 pull-ups? set by Rob Chisnall in 1982, it's written: 22 one-arm pullups on a suspended ring - right arm (whether dynamic or static is unknown). Also, 18 two-finger chins and 12 one-finger chins on a nylon strap. i can send you the link in private, i am not sure if i can put it here. but it's on John Gill's website

  • @SirMarcGermani ..thanks for information,I knew nothing about this type of world record...send me the link,I'll check! maybe I'll ask directly to John what he knows about it!

  • @SirMarcGermani ..I saw the link,if you see down the page where he talks about the athletes, you'll see that he has made22 one-arm chin ups! not pull ups! you know the real difference? change the type of handle, chin ups are easier than pull ups because it uses much more the bicep!

  • Hi, I'm 1.71m, 58kg. Currently can do 3 OAP each, not perfect form though. I been trying to break through 3, but can't do it yet. Do u have any specific exercises to do so?

Also, may I know what sort of hold u use to train one finger. I'm a climber, most I can do now is 2 fingers..

Anyway really impressive video! One word- RESPECT!

  • @onimushax99 .. hi! thank you! ..you just have to continue on that way, there are no secrets to increase, just training, without unnecessary interruptions! if you can do pull ups on one arm, you can also do it on one finger because for the muscles is the same kind of effort, you have to endure the pain to the skin of the finger...try to use a pulley to lighten a few kg!

  • This is rad! How would one condition themselves to accomplish these feats?

  • I honestly didn't think it was possible.

  • @darkerforest ..you just have to train few years..

  • Just curious, but I've got a few pulley/tendon injuries. How do you go about stretching those?

  • @notdatagain ..when you have injuries you do not have in place to stretch, you just rest, until the fibers are not whole again

  • ...but can u do it naked?

  • @daringgab ..why not?? :) but I prefer pants that sparkle!

  • the pants are soooo awesome

  • @parkourUA ..right!! ;)

  • awesome , you are monster :)

  • @michael88c ..thanks michael! :)

  • You are just a BEAST, it's incredible !

How much do you weight btw ?

  • @VassTheSupersaiyan ..I am 60 kg

  • @heibiondo83 Ok thank you :)

  • @VassTheSupersaiyan ..you're welcome! :)

  • Amazing my friend, I can currently do two OAP strict form on each arm at 84kg and 6ft tall, are you dealing with tendinitis?

  • @conditioningdaniel ..good job man! no,I never had problems with tendons,I do lot of stretching,I think it is the best thing to prevent that kind of accidents!

  • wow, strong fingers

  • @heibiondo83 do u ever get tendonitis on those fingers? Amazing strength

  • @estorbajop ..no,I never had any accidents...I do much stretching which helps to prevent

  • @lubric he did with his litle finger lol

  • you didn't try with your dick!

  • @LubricStankey ..I tried!! too easy... ;)

  • @heibiondo83

    ahaha good

  • epic pants

  • @Jonas223XC :) right! :)

  • GIRP?!?
