very well, i like your video, i'd just like to ask if the bishop can block an opponent or does it have to replace it, once you answer that i'll totally get the basics, thank you, you're good

@nasrykenneth74 What do you mean block? like move infront of a pawn? If you are in line with the piece, you cannot move infront of it. you have to take it. if your bishop happens to pass infront of the pawn, then you can place it infront and block the piece.

Great video!  I'm finally learning how to play chess. I have always wanted to learn the names if the pieces and their moves. Your explanation was easy to understand. My 11 year old son wanted to know how to play and now I can show him your video and we can both finally learn how to play chess together. THANKS
