I don't see why you feel the need to slew profanities at somebody who feels differently than you do. kids can't drink until they're 21, not responsible enough. but when they wind up killing someone they are old enough to take the consequences? from a psychological point of view: the the frontal lobe of the brain which is responsible for impulse control and stuff, isn't fully developed until 20. that explains to a certain point why teenagers can't control their impulses sometimes. a combination w/ bad parenting and bad social circumstances can make a kid do things he'll regret a few years later.
