@squiwwetpoo You have to buy them, I believe. You can unlock a -few- weapon skins, but most have to be purchased. I believe the ratio is... 6 unlockable, 22 purchasable. Sucks, but I suppose money makes the world 'go round.

Fact is, people are willing to pay cold, hard cash just to "stand out" from the crowd. And lots of it. Stupidity is as stupidity does, though. Just look at Team Fortress... So many useless vanity items that cost so much money.

On the side note you have the chance to get all gold weapons like the gold hammy and gold lancer are unlocked by playing first week of release on multiplayer and the gold sawn off will be unlocked by having completed insane in gears 1 and finally the gold gnasher is unlocked by having the vet achievement in gears 2 or gears 3 dunno we will find out also gold retro only availanle in beta

@KawaKaze11 Left handing with weapons is still in the game, but it's not as easy to do. I'll have to show it in a video. You have to actually stick to the piece of cover, look around the corner (while on cover) and then back off. It flips your camera to left-hand. I asked why it was taken out but I couldn't get an answer

WOW you want to talk about balance. Epic said themselves they wanted to help new comers and the ones not so pro with the shotgun. I have played since Gears 1 and the gnasher is the most inconsistent gun in the game, especially with an ok connection. I want a gun to help me against the guys who are pro and have ungodly reactions. Go figure a PRO like you is happy about the nerfs. Pfft Epic should have kept it like it was. No lets help the 4.0 k/d ratios not the 1.0. I hope they change back!

@CruelTroopOfDoomTV I don't know what the damage modifier for the Hammerburst is for actives. I know the headshot damage modifier was removed from the HB.  The Digger Launcher has a high chance of making into competitive play and I imagine the Incendiary grenades do as well.

Hey man, was just curious as to what you think about the season pass? I can't really see any flaws in it, but I was more curious as to what you think of that whole business model of people paying for a "mystery box" of sorts.

@injekful We already had one mystery box called the epic edition that failed with exclusive codes. Its another way to get people to pay and then hope the content is good rather than seeing it and then buying it. It only works online, imagine going into a shop and paying for a mystery item

@VideoFletcher To be fair, that was partly MS's fault. It was a miscommunication and MS gave the retailers the wrong info. They had to change it, or be sued into oblivion for false advertising. And that's what I don't like about it. The first four DLC's could be a dollar each, and they just add one new character skin. Then they come out with map-packs for the standard 800 MSP each.

@brasteen1 we've answered this quite a bit now. Skyllus entered the beta before everyone else and they were given to MS employees before the official date of the beta began. He just had good timing, nothing special.
