  • I was scared at this song as a 6 year old

  • I find this video very hard watch on acid

  • 123456789101112 twe-eh-eh-eeeEeEelve

  • They were still using this sequence in the early 80's, I remember it so well around 1981/82 when I was 3 years old, very classic!

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE!

  • yo the song is crazy...madd funky

  • These 'pinball' segments were some of my favourite parts of Sesame Street while I was growing up. Mostly 'cause I knew all the words. ;-)

  • I watched this growing up in the 70's

  • even the educators were high during that time, apparently.

  • Oh, yes! Good stuff from back in the day!

  • ture.........................................

  • Best thing ever

  • i agree with gameroom. modern "sesame street" is nothing compared to the sesame street of the 90s, which i watched growing up as a little kid. i love this song && am glad that someone put it up. it's a great reminder of what used to be. does anyone remember the skit about the king alligator? ahh. i loved that.

  • This vid made me smile.

  • Does anybody have the clip w/ the little kid.... his mom sends him to the store for "a loaf o'bread, a container o' milk, and a stick o' butta"? I need to see that one.

  • Because it Kicks Ass alblil!

  • That explains a lot about this generation....but my real question is why would one be incline to upload this video?

  • if you have to ask "WHY?" it was up loaded then you don't get it... give it about 20 years and look for something that interested you as a kid. This is Video influenced a generation of people out there and sometime we "old people" like to revisit the past and remember who we are and where we were.

  • I agree, for some reason I couldn't stop thinking about this song, for a while, for no reason at all, except that I remember first watching this on sesame street. I guess one would have to feel this way about something nostalgic to understand, so thank you sooo much to the person who posted this. my brain and I can finally rest!

  • SO weird when i seen this to it was so weird because it was like something i had seen in a dream but it was great to see this video

  • It's funky! What other reason do you need?

Awesome clips like this demonstrate just how much that show, and most educational programming for kids, has deteriorated in the past twenty five years. I pity any parent who has to sit through the crap PBS is generously calling Sesame Street today.
