I walked through and around Cabrini when I was 22. I'm a white male. I talked to several people. I acted respectfully. No one bothered me. I wouldn't walk there with an attitude. But people are people wherever you go. If you are respectful, you can generally get along. I didn't live there, but it seemed to me that the place had decent people there.
