Windseeker is pretty cool, I was there at cedar point the day it opened. It's pretty intense, so dont trash it if you've never riden it.

Well, the video shows one thing incorrectly. I guarantee the ride won't last that long. I bet it goes up, makes about 3 rotations at the top (if you're lucky) and then comes back down.

@fhood- bahahaha! Sorry. Cedar point wins. Six Flags in L.A can't compare...google "Best Thrill Ride Amusement Park"...Guarantee that CP takes the cake in the U.S for Coasters and Thrill Rides. Cedar Point is AMAZING. Six Flags is GNARLY...in a bad way...surfs up!! ;)

@33vampires33- I live near both parks (CP and KI). Kings Island is weak compared to CP. CP has the Power Towers (2), one Shoots you up and you drop and bounce, the other takes you to the top, you sit for 10 seconds and BAM! Your falling!! And you bounce up and down for a time and the ride ends. Kings Island (boo) had the Drop Zone which takes you up and drops you. That's it. Not nearly as fun or thrilling. Power Towers Run on a hydraulic system and it is LOUD which makes it more terrifying!

If there were a coaster big and scary where would it be ? They can't just tear down all the phony rides and replaced them with scary rides, it's gonna be unfair for the people that does like big thrill rides. I think it's a good idea to put the windseeker up for people can face there fears.

Sorry, but Cedar Point sucks. Six Flags Magic Mountain out here in L.A. now has 18 coasters -- the most of any park. They are adding 3 new ones in 2011 alone. One is a ZacSpin coaster -- the first of it's kind in the U.S.. If you like gay swings from which you can possibly see Canada and all of Sandusky, OH, Cedar Point is for you. If you like high-tech, cutting-edge thrills, Six Flags Magic Mountain is for you.

Whoever is complaining about them not building a coaster... how the hell would they? The park is on a peninsula! They're not going to have room to build a new coaster unless they demolish other rides. Anyone who has ever played roller coaster tycoon would know this...

i like the anticipation on not knowing whats through the tunnel or over the next hill. this seems to be kinda boring maybe for new riders getting used to height and speed without the shocking of all the hills and dark tunnels. height isnt going to mean very much on this because it seems your at the height for the whole ride so your going to get used to it quick. a normal coasters shocks you when you get up and then down so it leaves you wanting more. this just doesnt seem to do that.

@butterfingersrule123 Do you know how much money Cedar Fair has? The money that there parks make in a day can pay for a roller coster easily. They removed Demon Drop because people weren't riding them that much anymore, besides Demon Drop went to one of Cedar Fair's parks.
