I compared 2 forces that were almost identical and said which one I thought was the best so stop comparing forces like the SAS, SEALs, and Rangers. There all amazing at what they do and can not be compared because they each have different roles in combat.

Well, What I do are 3 phases of workouts, a hour each phase, non-stop cardio, 3 times a week at the most. 1st phase is running for an hour, distance doesn't matter, it's just running a little faster than you normally would. 2nd phase is an hour of arm and leg workouts (push-ups, situps, pullups, bear crawls, etc.). And lastly, 3rd phase is an hour of swimming. There is more detail, but PM if you want to know what I do. Good Luck!

only when you use sub sonic ammunition does a silencer really become a "silencer" but the range of the weapon is significantly reduced. a silencer doesn't make it less accurate or slow.
the silencer doesn't do anything other then muffle the sound. sub sonic ammo has less propellant which means there is less energy to propel the projectile.

the silencer doesn't do anything other then muffle the sound. sub sonic ammo has less propellant which means there is less energy to propel the projectile.

Yeah it does slow down the bullet. It makes the bullet go subsonic so there is no sonic bomb from the bullet breaking the sound barrier

Sir, tell me whats more hardcore than a SEAL squad shooting a VC scout over 500 times. 11 SEALs shot at least two mags and the two stoner machine gunners (M63A1) shot whole belts into him...not around him, INTO him.

Ever heard of embellishment or related terms? Rogue warrior is a commercial book, not an After Action Report, it's designed to have some amount of sensationalist statements in it. Also if they wasted that much ammo on one scout, I'd question just what the hell they are doing. Not that I don't respect SEALs, they are hardcore mofos, but you really can't go believing everything you read.

SAS is more comparable to the Berets. You can't compare them to the SEAls; It's Amphibious Assault vs. CT. Actually, Delta is mor comparable to the SAS. SBS and SEALs, yes.

No problem, I just like to get people's facts straight. Of course, the SEALs also have DEVGRU(if it's still officially a part of the SEALs) and if any of our forces are comparable to the SAS, it's DEVGRU(Seal Team Six, top-tier counter-terrorism unit)
