Does anyone know if the Mrs. Mouth people are still around and/or how to get in touch with them? I've been a fan for like 20 years or so and would love to get in touch with them.
I, (Mrs. Mouth) am still around. I have a facebook page as well. I have been trying to archive all my old episodes (around 250 of them) but some were lost in a move. Trying to find others that have the missing episodes so I can digitize them. Email me at Landrianart@yahoo.com
Paul/Mrs. Mouth - I have SUCH good memories from your show back when I lived in NYC - taped it all the time and used to cackle while watching it with my close friends when we were getting ready to go out to Sound Factory, Limelight or the Roxy. It lightened my heart and lifted my spirits during some really hard times too, when we were all losing dear friends so frequently. I'll never forget you or the show - bless you, hon!!!
I have this on VHS - I am a little behind in moving it from VHS to DVD to Digtal Media. But when I get a chance I can download to You Tube. I know the creator John S. he is the hand that serviced Ms. Mouth. I was friends with him in the 90's he has since moved back to his home town closer to his family. It would be easier for him to transfer the material to online. I will work on transfer some of the videos but it will take time....
I Lived for The Aunt Gail Show. No matter what was going on in my life at the time I could slip away into the Aunt Gail Show and laugh. Laughter is great therapy. Knowing the producers and star yes added to my love of the show. They are two very creative people.
Yes, I lived in NYC during the early 90s. Me and a small group of friends were fanatic Mrs. Mouth fans, so we taped it every week. I've tried to post the Best of Mrs. Mouth, and still have more to do when I get around to it. It should be done soon, as the VHS tapes are old now. Never was as much a fan of Aunt Gail though it is funny.
It may take me a some time but I will do my best to post my collection of Aunt Gail Shows. How did you come to have a such a large collection? Did you live in NYC during the late 80's & early 90's when Jon and Paul made the show in NYC & Philly? I was a big fan and taped it weekly. And Kept the tapes.
Great you've got the episodes. The best thing to do is just post them yourself under your own ID. The viewers will find them, I've gotten a good response from the one episode I posted. I too have a lot more Aunt Gail on VHS but don't really have the patience to convert them all so go for it.
Hey from Scott - Can you help me move the eposides from VHS to DVD? I will not let the orginal VHS tape leave my house after loosing a tape to a friend the borrowed it and decide to keep it. I lost the best of Aunt Gail. Now I have about 10 to 20 eposides that are sitting on VHS. I watch it when I depressed and need a laugh. It works every time.
