*Another minor point:The animation where you had the heart with the rip going down the middle then it explodes..Well it was too obvious(for me)and didnt need to be included.I mean the rest of the video makes it obvious that its a sad song and that heart breakage is involved(awesome English)I see the idea behind it but with the black and white people scenes(which I thought were awesome)it added cheapness(not to say you had a million dollar budget, but just a feeling I thinkcouldhavebeenavoided)

Anyway enough negatives but a point I really liked was the scene where you had the couple arguing in front of the fire place with the picture frame in the background, then zooming in on the frame. That, I thought was effective.

*very minor point: The tear drop was a good idea but there was no reason to write tear in it as it was well obvious what it was. I mean to make a good video (in my mind) it helps to add symbolism and the idea of symbolism is not to point it out and let people work it out for them selves (thats what makes it a smart video, also this refers to the role the actors play. The plot could have been something slightly less obvious).

The next point is the actors. I dont think there is anything wrong with them apart from the role they were playing. The role of the actors and the story they tell is too easy for a song like this. I guess I am trying to say is that the lyrics to this song could tell many stories and you have chosen the easiest, simplest and most obvious one to tell in your video. Its almost expected and therefore less interesting than it could have been.

At the start, the animated section looked really good until the camera started to do the sharp movements from side to side. To me (my personal non professional opinion) it didnt really suit the mood of the song. It seemed an aggressive movement for the slower darker feeling of the song.
