Although on prescription drugs my wifes blood pressure remainder at the top end of normal. After taking Levodyn for three months the improvement has been significant and she intends to carry on with Levodyn as a really helpful supplement.

I had a similar problem. What worked for me was to start in a sitting position, then swing body and legs back and up. After a few months, I was able to do it from the lying position. Must be to do with the strength in the back muscles.

Hi my problem is i cant swing my legs and take off without the support of a wall. Please HELP !
