However, when driving at high speed on German Autobahnen ideally one should have a german licence since obtaining a licence in Germany includes training on safe high speed driving on the autobahn. Every other courntry a) doesn't have speed limitless Autobahnen, and B) in every other country no one is taught or has received instructions on Autobahn driving. That does indeed make foreigners often dangerous at those speeds in Germany. Sadly.

germany has an average density of 600 people per square mile, the us have 80(!) people.

I'll chime in on this. the reason the US has a lower population density then Germany is simply because the US is soooo much bigger! you really need to look at where the people live in the USA. forinstance, I am from Los Angeles, if you take in account that the LA area has a population of about 12 million in an area of only 12,300 square kilometers so thats almost 975 people per sq km. that is taking the land mass including water, and deviding it by population of LA county. if you add >>>

We have no speed limits on the highways so we are legally allowed to drive as fast as we want to. And in case of any danger on the road like rain or heavy traffic, we have flexible limit signs.

Here, thousands of people drive like me and we have a much lower number of accidents than other western countries.

That's because most Germans know how to drive.

Yet it's still my personal right to go fast and shouldn'd dare you.

I would just like to say after driving over 3,000 km in 2 weeks mostly on autobahns at speeds up to 252 km/h (I only had a 320d and that was as fast as it would go), then having to come and face the fucking slow ass idiot, moronic drivers in Los Angeles, let me just say I miss driving in Germany! I might add that in that time I never saw one accident! Say, do you guys got room for one more driver over there? :)

well I have spent 4 winters in Germany, I can put on a jacket if it means I get to drive 280 km/h regularly :) thats why cars have heaters! hihi I will say in over 3,000 km of driving in my last trip, I saw maybe only one accident because of icy roads. I get back to LA where the weather is fine and I see 3 accidents in 15 km! my solution to this is make LA drivers pass German driving tests :) accident rates would be lower, speed limits could be higher, and it would relieve congestion too!

Manche Anbieter quetschen ja biszu 700nm raus..

Es ist so eine große Schade, dass BMW kein Schaltgetriebe haben, dass das Drehmoment des 535ds anfaseen können. Das würde ein schelles Auto eben schneller. Der sogenannte Kraftfahrzeughersteller der Äußerste Fahrenmaschine soll einen Schaltgetriebe haben! Automatik ist für Autos, für den Freude am Fahren nicht wichtig ist ^^.
