I have a buddy that coordinates concerts across Canada...He confirmed this was a recording and that is exactly what the town payed for, to bad the fans were unaware of this...As for me being a dumb ass highly unlikely... It means the song is being played and it's not really him live in concert... If you look at the video at 6:22 you can hear him sing but the mike is not even close to his mouth...
