I am still not sure about the 2004 image, but after today's release of the Bin Laden home videos, it appears that the 2007 Bin Laden video was indeed him.

True, that they could've been filmed together. But if you look at the face of the man in the 2007 video and compare it to the most recent video releases, you can see they were the same man. And the man in the most recent video releases is Bin Laden, as I can tell by the face. The face itself matches the Bin Laden of most older videos. I think what threw everyone off before was that the 2004 vid was not a closeup of him, and we were surprised to see the beard dyed.

I think I spent longer than I wanted yesterday trying to assess this...but when I went to sleep I was thinking the old man vid wasn't him and the 2007 and other new ones did have the same appearance but maybe we are recognising that and not that they are both Bin Laden. Firstly we have to ask if that is a person or a video creation (based on Osama) , then if it is a person is it Osama? I'll be looking at what truthers/Alex Jones say about it.
@MystikWizard Actually I'm not sure the new footage and the 2007 video are that similar so probably weren't filmed together - maybe the same clothes and same colour beard confused us. I can see why you'd feel there are more similarities to the original Bin Laden in the new footage, as compared to the 2007 video. If the new videos were genuine apart from the old man one I'm really not sure what that would mean...

True, that they could've been filmed together. But if you look at the face of the man in the 2007 video and compare it to the most recent video releases, you can see they were the same man. And the man in the most recent video releases is Bin Laden, as I can tell by the face. The face itself matches the Bin Laden of most older videos. I think what threw everyone off before was that the 2004 vid was not a closeup of him, and we were surprised to see the beard dyed.

I think I spent longer than I wanted yesterday trying to assess this...but when I went to sleep I was thinking the old man vid wasn't him and the 2007 and other new ones did have the same appearance but maybe we are recognising that and not that they are both Bin Laden. Firstly we have to ask if that is a person or a video creation (based on Osama) , then if it is a person is it Osama? I'll be looking at what truthers/Alex Jones say about it.

@MystikWizard Actually I'm not sure the new footage and the 2007 video are that similar so probably weren't filmed together - maybe the same clothes and same colour beard confused us. I can see why you'd feel there are more similarities to the original Bin Laden in the new footage, as compared to the 2007 video. If the new videos were genuine apart from the old man one I'm really not sure what that would mean...
