I have to say that this game is a LOT better than what I played of the Penumbra games. I played the Amnesia demo over the weekend (thanks to your LP of it) and was very impressed by how far they've come, both technically and with their gameplay.

Agrippa definitely is a motor mouth but many others, I welcomed him after all the batshit craziness that had gone on... though he does jabber quite well without a jaw. >_> Some of the stuff he says helps with the story, too.

I made the mistake of reading the Wiki page for this game (just the top, so I could see when this game came out, I didn't want to be spoilered more than that) and right up at the top it likened the story of this game to a short story I read in Gothic Literature in college, and unfortunately, even with my bad memory, I remembered the story so now I'm spoiled. Of course I'm not going to spoil it for anyone else, but I will say it's a good twist.
