  • Hiyaaaa! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my m8 got beautiful Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

  • @915olivares1 egg whites are good but not as good as whole eggs. Water is essential to lose weight and body fat.

  • You are saying that Lentils are one of the most healthy foods in the world...based on what? Legumes offer nutritional benefits, but what they offer can be found in equal to greater amounts within other foods that have lower carb content. Your extreme announcements about food (eggs--best source of protein on the planet) expose your lack of education on foods in general. Ummm, wouldn't meat be the best source of protein???

  • @themaker03 whole eggs are what the protein rating scale is based off of (biological value of 100%) egss crush meat and everything else. Chicken and some types of fish would be rated higher then meat. Carbs are essential to the diet, lentils provide one of the best long lasting energy boosts and provide over 15 grams of fiber per cup, which is 150% more then the average american gets all day.

  • @YunTraining--Yes, lots of soluble fiber, and not the worst carbs people can eat, but our nation as a whole eats way too many carbs in general. 150 grams per day of carbs should be the ceiling and why wouldn't you want them to be primarily vegetable based? If you enjoy lentils then eat them up, but to advertise that they are of the healthiest foods in the world is flat incorrect.

    2. I have high cholesterol, should I substitute something for the eggs? And the beef too?

  • I mix most of it together, like the rice, veggies, and meat. And will sometimes just eat them seperately, or put them in a salad. The combo's are endless.

    Eggs aren't something that contributes to high cholesterol, they actually help it. But I would talk to your doc about that, otherwise eating just the white of the egg is fine, you can switch to chicken or fish or some other low cholesterol meat.
