@inkey2 This is a dying genre of business. Legislation for clean environments, the many models and brand names and constantly changing technology makes the interchangeability of parts much less than before, the advancement of urban sprawl (nobody wants a salvage yard in their neighborhood) Cost of running big trucks, employees, insurance, taxes, property taxes, times have changed and so goes this way of life. Few salvage yards remain and those that do are going corporate in a huge way.
I work for a big corp. Salvage yard and its sad what they are doing to the small mom and pops yards
