Just bought this Exhaust! Great Sound. But it does feel a lot different in power it feels like more but if feels like less power now and less quicker response in the power output if you know what I mean. Maybe just need a tune for a catback haha.

I have 2009 WRX as well... either one is overratted by the MFG or the other is underrated... the BMW 335i, for example is listed at 300hp, yet it dynos around 279 stock... which would mean quite a bit more (325-330hp). It seems like the STI is not bad-ass enough considering with $2k in mods you will be pushing and honest 280+whp... and that's way more than an STI and we are talking minor, bolt-ons with an ECU reflash.

in any sport car the rpm is the largest guage. :) If you race, you don't care about speed as much as about RPM.

yeah, i just got the new 2010 wrx a week and a half ago. the small speedo is really annoying. plus the hydraulic assist clutch makes the engaging point really feint. and the gas throttle is too extreme.(too dull at first then too sensitive on wards)

It's not the clutch. Clutches have been hydraulic since the 80's. Your beef is with the DBW (drive by wire) system. It changes the revs while you engage/disengage the clutch.

The hatch was actually a suggestion by subaru's rally team. It's balanced better than a sedan in rally racing.

Stick to your passat and add as many bodykits as you can. Each bodykit gives you 15hp. Stickers add 5hp.

the sound will be a little restricted from what i was told the cap is placed where the horn of the BOV is at...again this is still a great product call agency power if you have questions just thought i would post this in case you guys decide on getting this

this BOV that they have is a good one just got it in the mail last tuesday but one problem with the new wrx has a safety feature the car will stall once you install this if you order this product make sure you get the cap for this reason it stalls is too much air is let out and confuses the ecu this was told to me by agency power your computer will eventually learn and configure the air loss but the cap will help and still keep the sound

Yup the intercooler has plastic parts and the stock BOV is also made of plastic. But those are adequate if running at standard boost. Any larger turbo calls for a larger intercooler anyway. And even if the stock BOV wasn't plastic I would've changed too regardless. xD

The interior is nicer. And the seats are improved. But the suspension is way softer. TONS of body roll.

But it's sooooo ugly. The chrome hightlights. The chrome taillights. The Camry grille.

the new 08 has it's ups and downs... personally I think more ups, but it's up to everyone's discretion. Understeer is an issue, but if you just add a front or rear swaybar, it takes care of that right away, the new STi is sick, but unfortunately the new Evo is tough competition... the only problem is the Evo is made by mitsubushi, who's owned by dodge.

Yup. I currently own a 2007 non turbo impreza and decided to upgrade to a WRX. Got to the dealership and I could've got a 2006-2007 for up to 6k AUD less in comparison to the 08 but these cars are much better looking in person. Alright... they aren't as mean looking as the previous generation rexies but they are still a WRX and blue one with gold mags are hot. Picking mine up next week.

Enjoy man, I just got mine 2 weeks ago in Blue and love it. Agree with your idea on em too, but aftermarket is looking good for these cause they have the liberty drivetrain so the gearboxes are going to be stronger than we are used to on WRX's (well over 300+ horsepower - easy) without gearbox issues.
