  • That ships like that guy nextdoor when he has to many beers!!!!

  • captain: look ma no hands!

  • This looks like a really nauseating motion, is this called ''yawing?'' glad i wasn't on board that ship.

  • didnt the captain notice they were rolling? putting the ship and his whole crew at risk...

  • i work in the north sea this kind of weather is an everyday occurance most of the year but when the weather is good it is great out there

  • hÌhi_Ånýöñè_wäñna_chÄt_wÎth_mE_î_fËÉl_sØ_lóÑëlY_tödÂÿ∟

  • Lugia used Aeroblast!!

  • uuhany one wanna cam and swap pIcs then let me know

  • i really hope someone was trying to drink some milk on that ship just then.

  • a bit more ballast required me thinks?????????????

  • @brockyc1

How is that going to solve anything, other then making life a lot worse on that ship?

  • I like Rocknrolling..but on stage not @ sea...wow.

  • I think I'd have to change my underwear :-)

  • ... sometimes this lasts for 3-5 days

  • <--dont click

  • @4758697

I'm pretty sure the've done that already.

    I don't understand your reaction...trying 2 look smart?

  • Fill your ballast tanks !!!

  • That's a normal winter's day in the North Sea! I don't get paid enough for this sh1t and yet I still do it...

  • Might help if he fills the ballast tanks

  • this is the worst thing i ever see not ever hehe

  • I WAS EXPECTING : THAT IN THE GULF OF MEXICO

    LOCATION BASES FOR SUBMARINES ?????????

  • The men and women on board these vessels deserve all our respect.

They face the perils of the sea and law so that our civilization keeps going...

2010 is the Year of the Seafarer!

  • Fun...

    ?!!

  • North sea is a real cemetery for ships.

  • the ship is unloaded

  • Ese buque va navegando sin carga y con el viento yla mar por su cuadra de babor. No me parece gran cosa el video.

  • those poor sailors!!

  • visita boatsport punto es

    impresionante el video

  • follow the lida lida lida, follow the lida

  • the cargo roll and pitch because is unloaded

  • actually is "WHY" they are building MUCH TALLER cruise ships nowadays, NO THANKS! :/

  • the first recorded rogue wave happened in the north sea, 1/1/1995 i think

  • @djmontag

How high does a wave have to be to deserve the term rogue wave?

  • some people must try to hold staedy a camera in such a windy and heavy sea before making some sentences when commenting these videos

  • Actually, the waves in the north sea can be huge, because of the north sea beeing such a shallow sea, compared to others. Waves in the north sea are just as dangerous as anywhere.

  • @jakobpind yeah I DO believe the Pacific is the DEEPEST with the Marianas Trench, don't quote me on it, but I think so... that is WHY tsunami waves ARE bigger when the go insland it is SHALLOWER in the bays, reefs, shorelines: OBVIOUSLY ...

    AMAZING!

  • looks like she is empty with no balast. Also you should take the wave at a 45 degree angle if you can. Less rolling and stress.

  • ure shitty...

obviously the camera guy is standing on a boat that is shaking just as bad

  • why he is taking the waves from the side? is he stupid?

  • That what I was thinking too

  • because he is heading that way?

  • In my opinion the reason is because is less dangerous for ship structure. Taking the sea from the front to back means place the front on one wave and put the back on another wave and it can be dangerous. And more he don't take all sea on the side but partially from the side. Sorry for my english :-) Quote my post and let me know what you think. Is possible that I'm wrong.

  • @matteorava rule is "take waves"+-15-25degrees port oor starboard ahead from you,and ship is rollig like this is because is empty!

  • @jigibao TY :-)

  • @matteorava _ _ _ _ . _ morse code...!

  • @matteorava Quatering the sea usually gives the best ride, that is takeing the waves on a 45 degree angle.

  • Ахренеть просто

  • huh

    nice ride :P

  • that will be full astern! she's not moving anywhere..

  • Haha. yeah. except the North sea is like the bathtub. The vast North atlantic. That´s were the wawes have their playground :)

  • i work at sea, been in this shit, and its not fun thats for sure!!! ps, americans are shit seafarers!!!

  • and not only seafarers.

  • As the Captian I must remind the obese American crew memebers to quit congregating their fat butts at the aft of the boat. That is all.

  • pmsl, over

  • Seems like he has zoomed in pretty much, so it´s probably not very easy to hold the camera still (if that is the case). Try it, I promise you it´s kinda hard.

  • out of curiosity, did you consider that he might have been on a ship in that weather as well, and the ship he/she is on is rocking around just the same, that would make recording a bit awkward wouldnt you say?

  • ,,fasten your seatbelt,,, and have vomit bags ready.

  • Must've build by chinese guy.,

  • Thats a shipoment of butter. Once they arrive it will be ready

  • The ship is in ballast yes. No cargo ;)

  • Gotta hate that in that sea state!

  • imagine being stuck on that for weeks at a time!!!

  • Sick!!!

  • got yer sealegs on laddy?

  • They surely where rick and rolled ;)

  • Wind against tide in the North Sea. Wonderful experience :(

  • llol

  • This looks a bit dangerous. The cargo could shift. Why don't they put her bow against the wind and reduce speed untill the weather gets better ?

Usually it tends to die down a bit when the sun sets. Probably just wanting to save fuel and keep on course whatever the risks.

  • shipping is global business, and in business time is money! which means sefarers plow through whatever! mental

  • is that a caneo or a ship?

  • Even experienced sailors throw chunks in this kind of place! Just plain and simple advanced sea sickness and you're screwed because you have no strength!

  • Thats the swell thats causing that is it not?

  • Except for the storm off Durban, the North Sea was the worst.

  • chuj tak wyglada zycie na morzu i nie ma co świrować...:)

  • thats a calm day in the north sea :D

  • I think Im gonna shit on my pants if I was in that Cargo vessel

  • HEhe, That cork skrew motion is what makes you as sick as a dog

  • BBBBBBBBBBBBLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

    everywhere!!!!!!!!!

  • FUCK THAT

  • This is piece of cake. My dad has the Master (Commander) rank, an' he was having trouble with 20 meters waves( that was 2 years ago).Is not funny to see the wave coming to you and is not funny when your ship is 80% covered with water.

  • You just need to forward the bow against the wave, otherwise there will be a bill rolling effect just like in this movie, and the vessel may roll over.

  • Comment removed

  • i think the boat is sinking

  • does this ship have no cargo? looks like it

  • Handy for James Bond though. All drinks on board will be shaken but not stirred

  • omg lol that was terrible!

  • i'm watching it from here and i'm getting dizzy

  • a little genisis 310 with a 15hp mariner would cane that sea

  • yeah that would be as cool as watching you falling into a pile of manure

  • it would be cool if he fell into a pile of used needles....omg, i just said that, and it was horrible, im sorry.

  • Does not seem like fun to me!!!

  • quoting: "fun at sea"...

    if you're on acid maybe

  • its one of the roughest sea's if not the roughest in the world

  • Did you ever experience a North Western gale before the West Coast of Scotland, combined with an adverse ebb-current from the Irish Sea ? omg! By the grace of ''Caledonian McBride''; vomit your guts out!

  • evidently you don't on the sea though. Either that or your blind.

  • Gets way worse than that doody has a point

  • thats what a seaworthy ship is>>>

  • what a crappy sea boat

  • Think that's one of the Green Reefers ships :)

  • yes turn into the waves

  • turn your ship you idiot.

your getting nailed to the beem.

  • It's nothing - I've paddled worse in my kayak !

  • Divertidísimo de cojoens porque el que haya comido hace poco tiene que estar echando una.....

  • Any idea if that's the 'Green Lilly'?

  • The ship is stable, what you are not aware of the the party going on below deck. The ppl at the party are causing the ship to rock. Big Party. lol Thks for post, must be a bit nerve racking to pilot that ship.

  • lucky it never went down. She was empty and what the F was she out there in a bad storm when they have 48 hour storm warnings ?

  • omg what a unstable ship

  • its not the ship, its the sea witch is unstable :P

    kidding

  • buy a tripod... -.-

  • :) lol

  • During 2003 Decmber and 1/1/04 there was a hurricane like this.We were 210 miles north Aberdeen. The Sea were like this. They Smashed our Sem-sub Adriatic iv for 3 Days solid. We were not alolowed out on deck for 3 Days accept for the sly Picture or 20.

add water for ballast all can be done

  • Ship a without cargo that all!!! =) for this reason the ship is a bit light!!!
