After making one monkey's fist, you can make one on the other end of the rope as normal. The main difference is that instead of Tucking one end inside the knot (like you did at the beginning of the first one 1:19), you complete the knot then cut the excess that's hanging off.

I did a tiny wussy two loop one but I didn't have that sleek smooth nice rope you had, I had that nice tatty stuff made out of god knows what. It made a great rabbit toy, especially when you unravel the end like a comet tail. Rock on Chluaid, you make that monkey fist like a master. :)

I've done up to 7.. it all depends on the size of the ball you use. You can see a couple of 6s at the end of the video - 3:40 where I used a golf ball.

I found that if you don't have a weight, you can use 12 2p pieces taped/glued together, works great!

This is actually the first time I see how you look like, but I knew that you looked like one of your animated characters (the one in "hitch hiker" witch represented you) I can see you have a very characteristic hair so that people will recognize you when they see you after theyve seen one of your animations... Use a corkscrew to pull it tight towards the end. The curved spike digs in behind the string causing less damage and you can pull it tight rather than haveing to lever it.

Hah! This is helpful! I like the one at the end with the Hangman's noose, I used to know how to make those and actually I have a big book just full on how to make knots. I looked at the one for a monkeys fist and since it took up three and a half pages I skipped right over it thinking it was too hard, now Im going to use this video to make a few! Thanks!
