@jonfan1112, DO NOT open the inner cover first when printing to disc, Leave the Inner Cover Closed and the disc tray out, Create your disc print design using the software provided (or other) and select disc tray as the output option, send job to the printer (whilst the inner cover closed and disc tray out), printer will initialize and start the job and after about 30 secs to 1 min you will then get a prompt on screen and the lcd of printer stating open inner cover and insert tray.

hey, can someone help me? I bought this printer but whenever I'm trying to insert the CD tray to print, it just says "Error, close the cover". However, it's impossible to do that.
