NO this album was after the storm he said all eyez on me, but her songs got leaked back when napster and all that was downloading free music.This was the first songle But they switched it to After The Storm made some new tracks like So Gone,Knock Knock,Shouldve Known Better Gotta GO etc

@videodude23 the album was "all eyez on me" but it was never released, she revamped the album and release "after the storm" because it was leaked and this song didnt make the cut on that album
