i'm brown and i don't mind brown guys as long as they're not creepy and i've met a lotta creepy asian dudes... it's probably because they're restricted so much by their parents that when they start dating they just do the most inappropriate things.. but there are some legit asian dudes i'd like to date - it's just some are stereotypical in a bad way xx

I honestly don't think the original maker of the vid meant to insult all brown dudes. Just the ones she's had bad experiences with. But yeah, she shouldn't perpetuate that stereotype. I'm sure there's brown dudes like you that are nice & good looking. Just don't let it phase you

However, the larger issue is that this video started a line of other videos on "why *insert race and gender* like *insert race and gender*" videos. Those youtubers u talked about are putting out the wrong message. white ppl will think we have low self esteem or whatever. But common seriously guys, brown men prefer brown women over white anytime. @detecter1 No problem. I agree that people generally get along with people with the same background. Of course, I'm pro mixed marriages, but I dislike dating or marrying someone because of their race. I just wish the other Youtubers wouldn't take advantage of racism to become popular.
I've never understood it either. It's like deciding you'd only date people who have a specific hair colour. I like guys who I get to know and who I find likable. I don't really like guys I don't know, no matter what they look like, because I don't know them well enough to like them.
@MsColdCanada I think some people have a racist mindset honestly. Sometimes they're self hating or they're messed up. It's OK to a degree to like certain skin colors or eye sizes or such else, but a beautiful person is beautiful. And in your case, a likable person is likable.
@m0hsalim I can see where a person might prefer a mate who is brunette, blond or redhead. Or where they might prefer dark, medium or light skin. What I don't get is when a preference becomes so entrenched that anything different is simply out of the question. It's really shallow to not give a person a chance because their eyes are the wrong colour or something like that.
