  • I love the battered cymbals!

  • the john´s short guitar cable make me nervous :P

  • @Luiguimet YEA ME TO THAT DAMM CABLE BETWEEN HIS GUITAR AND THE SPEAKER IM FROM LOS MOCHIS SINALOA MEXICO I GAA TELL YA WE LOVE THE CREEDENCE

  • he's like an american john lennon. just look at the little on-beat bouces he does. they even do the same dance moves! and the same guitar (rickenbacker 325)

  • Fogerty in his 20's reminds me of Fogerty in his 60's. Just the way he plays his guitar. It's unique

  • this music makes me feel so good

  • VIETNAM MUSIC

  • @inomyguns12345678910 no proud mary was a boat

  • My friends, in which dvd can I find this song?

  • I recall watching this video when I was stuck in South Korea for a time-I went to a computer joint and watched this-it completely cheered me up. What a Band!

  • i love ccr this is the best r'n'r band ever

  • The video quality is awesome, being its 40 yrs.

  • Incredible stuff!! John Fogerty (singer/MAIN songwriter), and Creedence Clearwater Revival are a Classic Rock band who dominated the American charts in early 70's.... I just wish they could get their old live recordings 'cleaned-up' and released! I ain't too bothered about the visual quality, but it'd be totally ROCKIN' to HEAR these classic tunes in all their glory!!

  • Simples e incrível, essa é a mística!!!!!!!!

  • Yeah, this is the pure rock n' roll...

  • I JUST LOVE CREEDENCE IS MY FAVORITE BAND , OH MY GOD Why I did not live in the 60 BUT I LOVE CCR OLNY THE BEST

  • may god let ccr live forever

  • Is this show on DVD?

  • one of the greates songs from one of the greatest bands there music will live forever

  • Anyone know where this show was played???

  • the Oakland Coliseum in January 1970. its on record and i have the whole show.

  • is the show where the CD (The Concert) is from?

  • Short guitar cable :)

  • yeah it was quite a fad in the 70's

  • His guitar cable is a tad too short...

  • no it's not, it's coiled like a telephone wire so that it doesn't get tangled on the floor. tangled wires get tripped over and when they cross they introduce noise to the guitar's signal.

  • i wasn't being serious, but thanks for the information... haha.

  • Johns voice is just... my god what a talent. He does the leads too. I love it

  • Man, his voice was MADE for Rock.

  • @okamasphere Hell yeah!!! :D

  • @okamasphere TRUE story.

  • @okamasphere No estoy de acuerdo no hay voces predispuestas si cantantes buenos o no y mucha medianía este es de los buenos y la banda es muy buena tambien

  • I like both Tina's and CCR's version. John Fogerty loved Tina's version for its directness and rawness.

  • CCR is so great! John looks like a young Rivers Cuomo, or vice versa lmao anyways grreat tune!! cheers

  • yeah that's true

  • Tina Turner wrecked this song...all frilly and corny.

NOTHING could ever compare to CCR's original version.

  • @tinrooflighthouse Amen to that !

  • the best american rock & roll band ever!!!!!!

  • yo bad skynyrd was the best band

  • sorry, thats where you're wrong.

CCR was, and still is better than Skynryd.

I like them all the same, but CCR is obviously the better band.

  • yep, skynyrd cant beat ccr

  • I've always felt as though Steppenwolf is overlooked... they are after all the originators of heavy metal

  • Uh . . . no. Led Zep was the first heavy metal band.

  • sabbath too

  • "the best american rock & roll band ever!!!!!!", meaning american. Steppenwolf is Canadian. and Heavy Metal's first song was Helter Skelter by the Beatles, which beat Black Sabbath's first song by about 4 months

  • Helter Skelter was written in response to the Who's "I Can See for Miles" so technically you could say the Who wrote the first metal song... and odds are there is an even earlier one then that, too.

  • you mean ... the most listened rock & roll american band man .

their songs are verry melodious and that's why in the 70's this band has been the most listened band in the world

  • @jackg12121212 not only American, is the best band in the world

  • @jackg12121212 and the doors, THE CREEDENCE- THE DOORS. THE BEATLES the best on trhe world. un saludo amigos desde Mexico

  • @kikeevr140687 I'd have to add The Who in there :-P

  • @jackg12121212 Posiblemente tengas razón. Personalmente están entre mis preferidos
