Craig is far from gay. Craig's routines are directed towards a lean and ripped body - that gives you the more "hollywood/GQ" look. The bodybuilding world is full of people only emphazing getting as big as you can. This guy's routine's are aimed at the Cam Gigandet body types. He has a lot of great tips and workout routines. He's doing a great job. Quit knocking him.

The whole chest is still worked but there is an an emphasis on the upper fibres. Anterior shoulders, triceps, core and legs (stabilizers) are also worked.
Simulate the rounds. So go for 3 minutes non-stop of alternating movements. Rest a minute, and then go again. Or for MMA - 5 mins and then rest. Repeat 3 to 5 times to simulate a contest.
Thanks for that. Working out in my hotel room is what I need for all of my business travel. Can these exercises be done without wearing shoes (save packing space)? Should I treat this like regular resistance training and have a rest day in between?
Have a rest day in between if you've done your whole body. Or you can alternate between lower body and the next day do upper body. Train body parts though no more than 3 times per week.
where can i get a so big hotel room ???
