I love seafood especially the stuff in Japan because its so fresh but seeing it in raw form always creeps me out especially lobsters and crabs. Imagine that big one coming at you with its claws. Fumi would shriek!!
@perdomot lol actually Fumi & I have a boat & have done a lot of lobster fishing. We used to have a mini freezer full of them after a season before we moved to a place that has less lobsters...but yeah they were never as big as some of those crabs, I'd freak to if it came at me lol
Perfect!..Bought Alaskan King Crab last night (store sold out of my fav Dungeness kind). Cost a few US$ more per pound so got enough for an appetizer...maybe, lol!. But wanted a little something before diving into a pesto pasta seafood

Japan has the best fish markets anywhere! But hell, those Ishigawa crabs are EXPENSIVE...
