  • does anybody know what compression top he is wearing? ive always wanted one of those but i dont know the name of it!

  • Joint Bodyweightculture perfect one arm push up contest.

  • i can do thoses but it really HURTS my shoulder

  • sweet man

  • That's pretty good. Next, I would like to see it with your feet together.

  • If he does it that way his balance will be unbalanced. Thats why you see everyone split their legs apart a bit.

  • Feet together is the next level, just like what he did was the next level for him. I can't do it but if he wants to improve, then that would be the next step. And pushing form the chest instead of from the side of his body. You can always make it harder, and that is the whole point of bodyweight exercises.

  • I understand what your talking about but being accurate is the best way to go. Otherwise you won't get much results because when you go down like that your body weight will be shifting all back and forth like a boat.

  • so you want him to center 1 hand and his legs?

  • If he can do it. It would be five times as hard though.

  • agree.. but doing it with your feet together is actually possible

  • @PKAndersS Uuuh...of course its possible...

  • @StylexSai Bruce lee did this with his feet together with 2 finger one arm push up. Splitting your legs is cheating.

  • @4thKyuubi True. Your center of gravity shifts. I would know first hand since I'm a break dancer.

  • @4thKyuubi yes, but Bruce Lee was a phenom. Do you do them with your legs together?

  • haha never thought of these...might use them

  • nice.
