i remember this game show would give out crappy ass prizes if you lost in the begging of the challenges , some people won shampoo, nestley quick milk and candy and i really just felt bad for them espeically the purple parrots they always lost it was like some kind of curse like if you were a purple parrot you either lose on the raft challenge or the Q and A challenge {:-d

@McDudicus During the Temple explanation The voice of Olmec would always say that the Temple Guards were to take the constants out of the temple if they couldn't show their pendant. Well if you were that little when you watched it. I guess it would freak you out a little bit. Well anyway I just wanted to clear all of that up.

@SATEBTEHBM Nick did attempt a revival of GUTS in 2008 with some new additions and a new name.Contestants would compete as teams and families hence the shows new name "My Family's Got GUTS" and in a tournament format called the Aggro Bowl. It was cancelled after not even 2 seasons.
