  • Peter Pan is a little boring to me, but i do like the villain of Captain Hook though.

  • Tinker bell is hot

  • i used to have a crush on peter -3 haha :) thats the magic of disney

  • Omfg . this moviee. Good memories.

  • I was wondering why I used to have a crush on Peter when I was little and when I saw the trailer I realized it was his voice <3

  • I wish this was on blu ray......

  • Love this one soo much more than the second one, hook is smarter and stronger in the first :3

  • Hey everyone,

YES, Peter Pan came out in 1953!

And yet almost 60 years later we're still watching it!

That surely shows our true love for Disney :)

  • 53 ? o.O

  • Peter Pan in Return to NeverLand (2002) is much Better!! :)

  • 53? what the heck

  • If I ever have children they also have to watch movies like this one 'cause I don't want them to live in a world of wars and machine guns like they show on TV today! I want them to grow up in a world which is appropriate for children...in a world with magic and wonders...like I did. Childhood is such a wonderful time it was not worth throwing it away so easily!!

  • I grew up watching this and alive ave wonderland every Saturday night

  • I fell madly in love with Tink when she first appeared in 1953 and I still am today. She was the first female who was proud to be herself in an era where all women were expected to be blonde, have huge boobs and no brains whatsoever. My wife of 40 years is like her and likes Tink also. Guys, women are incredible in their own unique way; once you accept that you'll never regret it.

  • When I was little, I wanted to be Wendy because she got to hang out with Peter Pan. I didn't like and still don't like Tinker Bell because she was jealous of Wendy. LOL!!

  • This Original Peter Pan is better than Return to Neverland.

  • my granma was born before that time

  • This is most definitely my favorite Disney movie!

And it will always be... :)

    <3

  • I never grew up watching this classic.

  • I thaught this was from something like 2002 or 3 not 1953!

  • @trackgril175 always and still do :D I wish to get the platinum version if it ever comes out><

  • @trackgril175 ...I thought I was the only one....

I guess he has other ideas...? XD

  • so that is why they call michael jackson peter pen

  • Oh....my god....this came out in 53???! That was.....not even when my mom was born. I never knew it was that old!

  • @DinoRandomable You win.

  • :) I love this movie!! I wasnt exactly in this age. I'm A late 90's baby but walt Disney was way better than any now Disney will ever be!!

  • @funnybubble5567 Good for you! Great to see other Disney fans - young and old.

  • This was my first cinema movie.

  • BEST. DISNEY. MOVIE. EVER.

  • @trackgril175 still do :3

  • in the Tinkerbell movies fairies run out of pixie dust but here she doesn't, hmm...

  • @HoverboardFan14 Yeah, that is really strange, isn't it?

  • OMG video coset

  • @trackgril175 omg so did i haha and then i got a petr pan doll for christmas (which i still have) haha and carried it EVERYWHERE with me lol

  • @trackgril175 So did I. I still think he's cute.

  • The best disney movie of life. The best character, Peter, and the best idea, never growing up. After my own heart -3 :) Peter pan forever :)

  • i'm trying to find the parts to this movie and i can't.

  • @OreoMan951 i cant either :(

  • But VideoDigitalization says that he got that trailer from The Jungle Book, possibly it could have been an earlier copy

  • Which vhs is this trailer from? Or is it from the tv commercials?

  • @090greengirl As tdfritzthe1st mentioned, it's a preview for the 1990 VHS. I'm not sure whether it's similar to any of the TV commercials though, since I don't recall seeing any of the TV commercials for Peter Pan.

  • @VideoDigitalization Hmmmmm... maybe it's from the vhs of the Little Mermaid

  • @090greengirl Good guess, but actually I got this preview from the VHS of The Jungle Book :D

  • @VideoDigitalization You mean the 1967 film? Awesome! I didn't know there is a 1990 version! I only know there is a 1991 version. How about if you upload the previews and the opening scene to prove that the vhs copy is real. That will surprise the viewers :-D

  • @090greengirl Just to clarify: This preview for the 1990 version for Peter Pan was taken from The Jungle Book VHS, which was re-released in 1991. So I guess it must have been advertising for a VHS that was already out? But yes, The Jungle Book did make its debut in 1967.

  • @VideoDigitalization So do you want to upload the opening to The Jungle Book? I bet the 1990 version of The Jungle Book is very rare now. Hopefully I'll find it in the charity shops.

  • @090greengirl If I do upload the opening to The Jungle Book I'll have to do some recording and editing work on the clip first - I just have to find the time. I wasn't aware of the 'rarity' of The Jungle Book - thanks for pointing that out. I actually got this copy from a charity shop myself - good luck for your search!

  • @VideoDigitalization Hopefully there will be a difference between the 1990 and the 1991 vhs' of The Jungle Book. And take your time, no rush needed :-D

  • No, no. That's not possible because "The Jungle Book" didn't come out on VHS for the first time until 1991.

  • @systemoperator If you're talking about the New Zealand VHS version of the Disney's Jungle Book, yes. But in the US... nope.

  • Oh, that would explain it.

  • This must be the preview for the 1990 VHS.

  • @tdfritzthe1st Yup. The 1953 date refers to when the film first made its debut. I got this trailer from the start of a Disney movie.

  • @VideoDigitalization Really? Wow, cool!

  • My god! The color was so bright back then! Better than the Platinum Edition.
