Style is perfect for this piece as well as playing. This piece was challenging for our Varsity-Level Honors Band for Flour Bluff Junior High and our director was forced to drop the piece due to us not progressing fast enough for a band competition.

my band is playing the original one at 150 and oh yeah...we were just at the midwest clinic (one of the three middle schools from the world) Oh yeah i love this song....we are also playing a jubilant overture and dublin dances(in midwest we were conducted by the composer jan van der roost)

oh reallY? i played this peace last fall and we're playing it agian this semester and i never saw any ritards on the music i have and the conductor never did any either. and i'll check out some other videos of this peace as well to see if they also do it.

it's not in the music. and not all groups do it. but even though it's not in the music, bands will do it just cuz it sounds cool. if you look for delle cese - l'inglesina, they play it that way.

Yeah, we played this march last year in WE. As far as I know, concert marches aren't listed by grade on the PML, and I'm not even sure if they have grade ratings.
