LMAO I've been playing music since I could walk. Your whimsical theory is great, but it doesn't take a composer to tell PJ's music lacks in all of the above qualities you mentioned. Complexity? I've heard Barney songs that are more complex than PJ. Her lyrics repeat over and over, chord progressions OVER and OVER. In fact, any drunk off the street could learn a PJ song within minutes.
