Once I have a bad experience with the Iphone I will convert to another phone. When people ask me why I buy Apple products? Because they're reliable! I slowly converted with a nano ipod, bought another ipod, got an iphone and a macbook. All of these products are still working and they're still as fast and reliable as they were on the day that I bought them. They might cost a bit more, but for sure they use the best components to build their products.

I've bought Nokia for ages before my iPhone, and there were so fragile and unstable that I used to change them every 6 months/1 year...I've bought my first iPhone 3g and it has lasted for 3 years with no problem, now I've iPhone 4s and I'd never change it for anything, it could be slow to reboot but I've installed more than 300 apps in it...and I'm sure it could hard to find a device with the same hardware, software, reliability and availability of apps!!
