Paul needs to expand on his rant that gov can not produce(he says jobs, but what he means is produce wealth) When someone spends wealth they often employ people as they spend it. The problem with gov spending is the wealth is not the property of the gov. The Gov. says it owns property, but since the Gov. is not a person it can not in function own a dammed thing. Only people can own anything, since what else is there to own it, can a rock or piece of paper own something?

Doesn't the public create credit through their signatures and provide that credit to banks and government? Why should we pay interest on money we owe ourselves?

I think Dr. Paul needs to be careful when talking about cutting the military budget in half. I would hope he is not talking about jobs or people being cut from the military and he is referring to the wars and unneccessary programs. If he is talking about the jobs and people from the military he might lose a lot of his support they military real quick.
