I'm sorry, I don't understand what the connection is supposed to be between paramore and hole.

that having been said, I've been trying to explain to my 14 yr. old sister that paramore aren't alternative, they're pseudoalternative; to me they sound like avril lavigne trying to copy evanescence, who aren't really alternative either. paramore is to genuine underground music as cheez whiz is to gruyere.
