this gives me an idea. Ugh I usually squeeze fresh grapefruits (MY ULTIMATE FAVORITE FRUIT) and put them in the blinder with ice and fresh squeezed lemons! YES I LOVE BITTER BITTER.
So maybe i can use a lil honey and make some grapefruit granita...hmmmmm

too funny! I attend culinary school and we were making sorbet, however, it didn't freeze due to unforseen circumstances, so our chef said we'd make a granita instead!!! Thanks for sharing. It looks yummy! Ours was Peach!
