Actually, the 32X wasn't supposed to improve the Genesis's gameplay, it was supposed to have it's own library of games. I do not even see why the 32X was supposed to be attached to the Genesis when it should have been it's own separate console.

its all about personal preference and what type of games you like. PC offers a lot of variance yet will cost you more if you want to experience games mint. A lot of people dont want to upgrade PCs or dont know how. its too costly and console is the way to go for mainstream people unless you can build your own PC because your dell out the box just wont do it anymore.

Problem, you got to face reality, RSX is based on Nvidia GPU tecnology of 2005 and the console is crippled by the ram, 256 MB for the Cell and 256 MB for the GPU.

PC have already surpasse console and for the same prize of a console you can have a kickass system.

I bought a pretty decent PC 6 months before the Ps3 came out and Id say its performace is better , a good gaming rig must be pretty awesome these days, just costs too much though
