  • FUCK HITLER. ARYANS WERE NOT BLONDE HAIR OR BLUE EYED OR EVEN WHITE SKINNED...THEY WERE MAURYANS AND THE PREDESSORS OF MAURYANS. BEFORE BCE....50% OF THE WORLD BELONGED TO THE PREDESSORS OF THE MAURYANS. ALL U RETARDS OUT THERE THAT TALK SHIT ABOUT INDIANS...U WERE THE UNTOUCHABLES.....REMEMBER THAT.

  • @TheDragon967 yes.the truth is that there never existed a race called aryans.Latest evidences have revealed that we indians have our unique culture NOT GIVEN BY ANY RACE CALLED ARYAN BUT OUR OWN. the aim of aryan invasion idea started by british indologists based on MERE SPECULATION was to deprive us of our great culture AND MAKE US FEEL INFERIOR IN FRONT OF WHITES but has been proved false.

We gave birth to the oldest and most fierce of the warrior traditions and culture in the world.

  • THOSE FUCKING ASSHOES THINK INDIANS ARE DESCENDANTS OF SOME ARYAN FAGS. WE INDIANS/PAKISTANIS/AFGHANISTANIS AND 25% OF THE REST OF THE WORLD ARE ALL RELATED BACK TO THE MAURYAN EMPIRE. THE TRUE ARYANS WERE THE MAURYANS...THERE WAS NEVER SUCH A THING AS BLONDE HAIR BLUE EYES.

  • @knewace you're wrong in this.... KING BHARAT son of king Dushyant conqured the greater India (from Afghanistan end to Myanmar end, from sri lana end to tibet end) having half of china, nepal, bangladesh and bhutan... ON HIS NAME THE COUNTRY GOT ITS NAME BHARATVARSA.... CHECK IT ON YOUR OWN AT WIKIPEDIA!!!!

  • I LOVE INDIAN PEOPLE because of the Dharmas and i will love indian people forever .

  • isn't ashoka's name supposed to be pronounced {ah-soke-ah} ?

  • @MrKguy97 nope.

  • India has to do with Bangladesh what Ashoka did with Kalinga. history must repeat itself. send an army to the conquest of Bangladesh.

  • where r horses this video is bullshit , mauryans defeated the greeks by this huh

typical stereotyped and y alwayz so southindian or bengalis in indian videos of mauryan era.

  • Asoka's soldiers showed as peasants and tribesmen,,,lol...

  • LOL Ashoka had OVER 9000!!!!!! Elephants!

  • i loved this vedio. and tere is nothing nansense here you nonsesnse.

  • Alexander the Great thought India was Kewl ... ;D

  • Under Maurya Empire....India accounted for 33% of world's GDP....

  • 1:11 wth? is that really Mauryan army? how someone can conquer wid this skeletons? this video is foolish.i know the stereotypes but these is just an exaggeration.

  • @saurabhCherished No the Mauryan army was nothing like the one shown here. The Maurayan army had armor clad soldiers, archers, elephants and war chariots. The depiction of Indian soldiers as straw thin, barely clothed peasants is nothing more than western mindset of regarding everything non-European as "inferior". Bet, if the same producers were to make a documentary on ancient Greeks and on the Roman empire, they would have chosen actors with buff, gymnasium built bodies.

  • @resist4resist in ancient India, the soldiers wore only a loincloth - Caccia. preparation of this warrior spirit and skill.

  • @saarcunity And with that precious loincloth, they fought with armored phalanxes and Kataphtroi? Have you any idea how devastating a single cavalry charge at unarmored foes is? Facing enemies wearing cotton and carrying bullshit bows might have been fine in the eyes of the English who made this crap but It didn't cut much with ancient Indians.

The Artrhashastra mentions metalworkers and armorers. Alexander encountered grenades and firebombs in India. The Mahabharata mentions plate mail. Suck it!

  • A very bad picture of Great Mauryan Empire Who made this didn't know nothing about That Great Empire

  • @bel3235 its a cheap production what do you expect? This empire was the size of the Roman empire(5,000,000KM2) and this video doesn't show the empires full might.

  • Could some historians look into what was the history of tamil nadu nd kerala during those days.I very much want to know the history

  • @TheGodsowncountry tamil literature does refer to the mauryan empire and mauryans didi invade tamil areas

  • @thescorpionking2020

Then why did not those 2lands were not made part of mauryan empire?

  • @TheGodsowncountry The Cholas conquered South-East Asia and ecven reached Papaua New Guinea by the 900s. There, they came into conflict with the armies of Kalinga and later, the Utkal dynasties who had the same great idea. You will still find places with Oriya and Tamil names in Indonesia, Thailand and Laos.

Ask whether any fucking white has ever thought about making a documentary about them. For them, we are simply stupid, uneducated savages like the ones in this video.

  • The elephants are not armored which is stupidity here.. So hopelessly the producers are at fault and director compromised the script.

  • This video is bullshit.. i like the description and everything.. but direction skills are worst.. and also indian army at those days were shown as a think peaseants with white truban and white dhoti.. datz bullshit... i recomment video maker to look at ancient texts and how grant an indian soldier look like

    total crap picturization

  • ya i know but thats the anglo-saxon stereotype of ancient Indians...

  • ride an elephant in India would be a dream come true to me...

  • yah! my teacher told me to watch it!

  • who is your teacher? do i know you?

  • my teacher mrs.karvonen told me to watch this

  • why?

  • because we are learning about acient india and she is going ask us about this video on a test

  • my video?

  • what do u think? (sarcasim)

  • @Tishad100 Omg hahaha i had ms karvonen in 6th grade at dreyfoos now and the teacher is telling us to watch this lol

  • gross misunderstanding , all that the narrator says says in first 45 sec is about Ashoka's Grandfather Chandragupta Murya who ruled at time when Alexander invaded India. Patliputra was capital of the Magadha empire even b4 his grandfathe Chandragupta seized control of most of India, Pakistan and Afghanistan.

  • correction , Chandragupta conquered the previous Magadha empire and then conquered then greek controlled Pakistan and Afghanistan

  • You said Ashoka bought the whole India under a single ruler for the first time, that is incorrect. It was Chandragupta Maurya (grandfather of Asoka) who was the first emperor to do that. He was the first emperor of India.

  • @knewace you are absolutely right , the great chankya was the first peron who made great efforts to baught india under a single ruler and he was the first who see the dreasm to baught whole india under a umbrella

  • @knewace you are absolutely right , the great chankya was the first peron who made great efforts to baught india under a single ruler and he was the first who see the dreasm to baught whole india under a umbrella

  • @knewace I agree. I can't belive this incorrect information.

  • @knewace ya i was just going to point that out, when i saw thought, i was like what the hell is he talking about

  • @knewace Nope, the first ruler to unite India was Ajatashatru- The puranas speak of other emperors, but Ajatashatru was the first person mentioned in secular sources. Besides there have been a lot of Empire-builders, we just don't know about them. The Sungas and the Meghavanas ruled Empires as large as the Mauryas- How famous they are?

  • @knewace in Asoka time he rule was even extended further than Chandragupta Maura himself

  • awesome
